  14. I need information on the Windows API 3.1

  16. We are still running Borland C++ 3.1 and Visual Basic 3.0
  17.  
  18. Neither of which come with ANY explination of how to use
  19. the windows mmsystem.dll. If anyone has the help file, or
  20. doc file, or can send me to an FTP site that has it. Mainly,
  21. because I got the, "Doesn't come with VB 3.0, you'll need to
  22. buy VB 4.0 or VC++ 4.0 in order to get it.", attitude from 
  23. Microsoft.

  25. Any explinations on the wavein and waveout functions would 
  26. help, and what you need to pass to mmsendstring or mmsendcommand.
